INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To determine which program is best-suited for your child, please call our office to speak with one of our registrars:

2. Once you know which program you are applying for, click on the appropriate form below - download, print, and complete the form (please use a pen instead of pencil).
3. Return forms to our office either via fax (403-938-8563) or Canada Post. Please submit all required documentation with your application form to avoid delays. If necessary, you may also scan and email your forms to mbarker@redeemer.ab.ca (scan in black and white and low resolution to keep the file size to a minimum).
