2024 Summer School Schedule

**Summer School registration will remain open until midnight June 17th

for courses that are not full.

Schedule for 2024 Summer School:

Tuesday, July 2, 2024 – Friday, July 26, 2024 (5 credit courses)

Saturday, July 13th, 2024 is a school day for 5 credit courses only.

Tuesday, July 2, 2024 – Wednesday, July 17, 2024 ( 3 credit courses)

PE is offered from July 2  – August 20, 2024

Open to all Alberta students

High school students can take online courses from the comfort of their own home. We are offering the above courses from Tuesday, July 2, 2024 to Friday, July 26, 2024.

Saturday, July 13th, 2024 is a school day for 5 Credit Courses.

Note: Courses will only be offered if the minimum number of required students enroll.

** Completion of a CPR course is a part of the PE 10 program and a requirement to receive course credit. Students must either:  have earned a valid CPR certificate after July 1, 2024 OR complete an online CPR course that is provided by the school as part of the PE 10 program.

Phys Ed 10/20/30 course run from July 2 – August 20, 2024.

There is no cost to the student for the course, however, a non-refundable $25.00 Shipping and Handling fee, plus a refundable $75.00 deposit is charged for any courses requiring textbooks. The $75.00 deposit will be refunded upon return of the textbook(s).

Application deadline is Monday, June 17, 2024 at 11:59 pm as seating is limited.

Mon – Wed, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Thurs – Fri, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Sat. July 13 (5 credit courses only), 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Teacher Availability:

Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Students may submit assignments throughout the day.

  • Speakers and/or Headset with microphone is required for live online classroom sessions
  • Printer/Scanner
  • Webcam
Required Software
  • Microsoft Office – MUST include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (Students will also be provided free     access to these programs through a student Microsoft Office365 account.)
  • Browser –  Google Chrome
  • Math Students (excluding Math 15)    require either a TI-83, TI-83+, TI-84,      TI-84+, TI-84+C or TI Inspire Graphing calculator
  • Math 15 and -3 courses require       students to have a scientific calculator

  • RAM Memory minimum 256 MB
  • Hard Disk Size minimum 10 Gb
