Grades 1-8 Course Selection Worksheets If your child is registering in an online, print-based or shared responsibility program for 2022-23 please click on the appropriate grade level course selection worksheet below to download a copy of the worksheet. For example, if your child will be registering in Grade 4 in 2022-23, please download and complete the grade 4 course selection worksheet. NEW for the 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR – Uploading Course Selection Worksheets.Log back into PowerSchool using your parent account and navigate to the SchoolEngage icon. Then select the student you want to upload the completed course selection worksheet for, look for the Upload button. Click here for instructions on how to upload documents in SchoolEngage. Detailed Academic Report Here is the link to the Alberta Education myPass website that you may want to bookmark. https://public.education.alberta.ca/PASI/mypass/welcome What is a DAR? The Detailed Academic Report (DAR) is an unofficial document that contains a student’s entire high school course mark history. It displays all course attempts as well as official course marks and credits awarded. Students who are new and registering with us must upload a copy of their DAR as part of the registration process. Please do this once you have submitted the CTR Registration Form. |

Please note: These course selection worksheets do not automatically register you for the specific courses. Your selections help inform the counsellor as to your student’s interests, but the final course selections will take place during your scheduled program plan appointment. Once you have completed a course selection worksheet for each of your children, please scan and save the worksheets separately. Home Education Program: If your child is registering in a Home Education program, please read through the Getting Started with Home Education document by clicking here. Shared Responsibility Program: If your child is registering in a Shared Responsibility Program, you are also required to complete a Home Education Program plan (HEPP) for all of the Home Education subjects. | |
